How’s your week going?
Are you remembering… No more discounts?
It’s Wednesday—a perfect day for a midweek check-in.
Sometimes we start the week strong, full of confidence and determination. But by midweek, the old voices creep back in:
“You’re not enough.”
“You’re too much.”
“You’ll never measure up.”
But today, let’s remind ourselves—and each other—that those lies hold no power over us.
→ We are fearfully and wonderfully made.
→ We are worthy.
→ We are never discounted.
Now that you’ve reflected on your past… let’s bring it into the present—this week.
Sometimes, we get stuck carrying what others have spoken over us:→ Guilt.→ Shame.→ Feelings of unworthiness.
They say:“You’re too skinny… too fat… too short… too tall… too dark… too light… too much… or not enough.”
And sometimes—even if we hate to admit it—we start believing it. Those lies begin to dim our self-esteem and, more importantly, our sense of worth.
Many times, the people who label us are simply projecting their own fears, insecurities, and wounds. And if we’re not careful, we become guilty of doing the same to others.
This week, as we reflect on No More Discounts: Knowing Your Real Value, let’s not only think of ourselves—but also those we may have “discounted.”
Let’s choose to be thermostats rather than thermometers:→ Thermometers only reflect the environment.→ Thermostats change it.
So let’s look into our mirrors—not just for ourselves—but for everyone we share life with:
→ At home
.→ At work.
→ In church.
→ At the store.
→ Wherever we go.
Let’s remind one another:
✨ We are fearfully and wonderfully made.
✨ We are worthy.
✨ Never discounted.
A Reminder from Scripture
Here’s something to remember from the story of the ten lepers in Luke 17:14-16:
“And as they went, they were cleansed. One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice. He threw himself at Jesus’ feet and thanked him—and he was a Samaritan.”
Ten were healed… but only one turned back in gratitude and praise.
As we journey together toward discovering, knowing, accepting, and celebrating who God says we are—worthy—let’s be like the one who came back to say thank You.
Let’s glorify God for the healing, the restoration, and the worth He has declared over us.
Remember always:I am worthy because God loved me first.

Challenge
This week:
→ Each morning, stand in front of your mirror and declare aloud:
“I am worthy because God made me worthy.”
Write it. Say it. Post it. Live it. Let this truth rise louder than the lies. Let it carry you, clothe you, and crown you.
And remember:
Be Encouraged… You Are Worthy!
